肺门矢状面解剖多层螺旋CT影像研究

摘要 目的研究正常肺门矢状面多层螺旋CT解剖影像特征。方法对120例患者进行胸部CT增强扫描并进行重建,在矢状面图像上分析肺门支气管及肺血管。结果通过以肺门为中心的连续7个矢状面图像分析了肺门结构中动脉、静脉和支气管间关系和走向,并分别对各管腔进行了测量。结论肺门矢状面多层螺旋CT影像具有一定特征,对临床肺门区手术有一定参考价值。 Objective To study the imaging features of pulmonic hilus anatomy on the sagittal section using Multi-slice spiral CT. Methods The lobar bronchus, artery, and vein were observed and analyzed through the sagittal sections of 120 patients who received enhanced chest CT scan. Results The space structure of the lobar bronchus, artery, and vein on 7 serial sagittal sections around pulmonic hilus were analyzed and their inner diameters were measured. Conclusion There are some typical CT imaging features of pulmonic hilus on the sagittal section. It is useful and important for puhnonic hilus operation in clinic.
