摘要
对玫瑰海棠在不同的生长素、细胞分裂素组合条件下的生长、分化进行试验,选择出适合玫瑰海棠高效增殖、生根的快繁体系,其中以MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+IAA0.1mg/L继代增殖最佳,1/2MS+NAA0.2mg/L生根最好。
The growth and development of Begonia mannii with different combination of plant growth regulators was studied. A system for effective propagation and root development was selected. Ms medium supplemented with 0. 5mg/L 6 - BA and 0.1mg/L IAA produced best results for subculture, and 1/2MA with 0. 2mg/L NAA had a best results for root development.
