中国水仙自然变异体的IRAP分析 被引量:2

摘要 以漳州水仙花主产区主栽品种"金盏"和"玉玲珑"为参照,利用IRAP标记技术对花变异体"金三角"及叶色变异体"金边水仙"进行变异分析.4对IRAP引物共获得177个位点,有123个多态性位点,4份中国水仙种质资源间的相似系数介于0.946-0.657之间.研究结果表明,变异体"金三角"和"金边水仙"与主栽品种"金盏"和"玉玲珑"的区别明显,转座插入和逆转座子间重组可能是引起中国水仙变异的重要机制之一. With "Jinzhnn" and "Yulinglong", the dominant varieties of narcissus in the main growing area in Zhangzhou as the con- trol, the IRAP marker technology was used to conduct the variation analysis on "Jinsanjiao" (the flower variant) and "Jinbian" (the leaf color variant). 177 sites and 123 polymorphic loci were obtained from 4 IRAP primers. The coefficients of similarity a- mong 4 Chinese narcissus germplasm resources were between 0.946 and 0.657. It has been proved that the narcissus variants "Jin- sanjiao" and "Jinbian" were significantly different f^m the dominant varieties "Jinzhan" and "Yulinglong", the transposon inser- ting and retrotransposon recombination was an important mechanism which caused the variation of Chinese narcissus.
