森林火灾扑救人力资源管理系统的设计

Design of human resource management system for forest fire fighting

采用短信、彩信、语音群呼、物联网等现代信息技术,开发了森林火灾扑救人力资源管理系统.结果表明,这一管理系统实现了人员和人员携带器材的可视化管理,能够正确估算扑火队员的战斗力,合理分配人力资源,以更好地应对多个火点.

By means of short messages service（SMS）, voice group call, multimedia messaging service（MMS） and internet of things （IOT） technologies, a human resource management system for forest fire extinction was developed. The result showed that this sys- tem could help estimate the capability of fire extinction team accurately and allocate resources rationally by strengthening the man- agement of personal equipments, so that the multiple fire points could be handled better.
