摘要
采用超声波法将5种纳米耐磨材料分散于三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF树脂),制备浸渍装饰纸层压板;并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法和差示扫描量热法等对改性的MF树脂进行分析.结果表明:分散4次最合适;MF树脂最低耐磨转数为1600转,最高耐磨转数为2500转;耐磨材料的加入使得MF树脂的粘度、接触角增大,耐磨性能提高.
Five kinds of wear-resistant nano-materials were dispersed into melamine-formaldehyde resin (MF resin) by ultrasonic wave for preparlng laralnate flooring; the wear-resistance of MF resins was anslyzerl by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FT- IR) and differential scanning calorimeter,/(DSC). The results were as follows: the most suitable dispersing cycles was four; the lowest and the best wearing resistances of wear-resistant MF resin were 1600 and 2.500 revolutions, respectively; the viscosity, con- tact angle and wearing resistance increased by adding wear-resistant materials.
