摘要
坐骨神经痛常由腰椎疾病、坐骨神经损伤、神经纤维瘤病中的孤立周围神经鞘瘤，神经鞘瘤病或梨状肌综合征等引起。其它导致坐骨神经肿瘤样增大的原因则相对少见，仅见个案报道。这些病因包括神经束膜瘤、侵袭性纤维瘤病、淀粉样变性、神经淋巴瘤、子宫内膜异位症、
