摘要 海洋潮流能是一种利用价值高、潜力巨大的新能源.漂浮式潮流电站是潮流能开发的一种典型方式,发电装置运输至目标海域之后,需要依靠系泊系统长期停泊,故必须计算分析其在各种外载荷作用下的运动性能,合理设计锚泊系统,避免漂浮式电站发生倾覆的可能性.对2×100 kW潮流发电装置进行锚泊系统设计,并尝试在系泊线中加入非线弹性拉伸材料(高弹性索).根据装置的特点设计了3种不同的锚线布置方案,利用AQWA软件对整个系泊系统进行时域耦合分析,并对不同方案进行了对比分析.计算结果显示,加入高弹性索可以有效的降低锚泊链的最大拉力,同时高弹性索具有质量轻的优点,加入高弹性索可以降低普通锚链的用量,减轻系泊系统重量.经过多次试算在满足安全性的基础上给出了最终的锚线设计形式,证明了加入高弹性索的锚线设计形式适用于漂浮式潮流电站,能够满足潮流电站在强流、大载荷等特殊条件下对锚泊系统的要求. Tidal current energy is a kind of new energy with high utilization value and huge potential.Floating tidal current power station is a typical type of tidal current energy development.After the electric power generation device is transported to the destination,mooring system is necessary for the long-term parking.So,it is essential to calculate and analyze the motion performance of the mooring system,reasonably design the mooring system to prevent capsizing of the floating station.In this paper,the authors design a mooring system of 2×100 kW floating tidal power station,and try to join non-linear elastic stretch materials(high elastic cable) into the mooring-line.According to the characteristics of the station,three different styles of mooring line arrangement will be designed.And the time-domain coupling analysis of the whole mooring system is done by the software AQWA,and different schemes are compared and analyzed.The results show that joining the high elastic cables into mooring line can effectively reduce the maximum tension of the mooring chain.What’s more,the high elastic cable has small mass,therefore,joining the high elastic cables into mooring line can reduce the amount of ordinary mooring chains,thus cutting down the weight of mooring system.After many times of experiments and calculations,this paper offers the final form of mooring line in the premise of satisfying security.It is testified that the mooring style joined with high elastic cable is suitable for floating tidal current power station.It can meet the special requirements of the mooring system in the condition of strong current and large load.
