摘要
针对高性能和小型化宽带滤波器设计问题,利用微带线和共面波导之间的大面积重合以及介质基板所导致的强耦合效应,设计了一款CPW/微带线结构的超宽带带通滤波器.分析了所设计带通滤波器的等效模型,讨论了耦合区域长度对滤波器性能的影响.CST软件仿真的结果表明,所设计的滤波器满足超宽带滤波器的设计指标,与其他同类滤波器相比,具有设计更简单、结构更紧凑的特点.
Aiming at the design problem of wideband filter with high performance and small size,an ultra-wideband(UWB) filter with a coplanar waveguide(CPW)/microstrip structure was designed,by making use of the large overlap between microstrip and CPW and the strong coupling effect caused by media substrate.The authors analyzed equivalent model of the designed bandpass filter,and discussed the effect of the length of coupling region on the filter performance.The simulation results using CST show that the designed filter meets the designed specification of UWB filter,and comparing with other filters of the same kind,the structure is simpler and more compact.
