浅谈弧形管在直埋供热管道设计中的应用

摘要 直埋管道在供热领域的应用已非常普遍,直埋理论在实际应用中也不断发展和成熟,如何将直埋理论灵活地应用在实际工程,做到降低造价、方便施工,是重要的研究课题.在实际工程灵活应用无补偿直埋理论,尝试采用弧形管(大曲率半径的弯管)解决道路出现连续折角或弧形弯的情况,相比较常规设计思路,大大减少了固定支架、补偿器的数量,既降低施工难度,也减少了故障点,取得很好的应用效果. The directly buried pipeline has been widely applied in the field of heating,and the theory of the directly buried heating pipe is also developing continuously and has become more and more mature.How to flexibly apply the theory of directly buried heat supply pipeline in the actual practice of engineering for the purpose of reducing cost and facilitating construction is an important research subject.By employing the theory of uncompensated directly buried heat supply pipeline in practice,the authors tried to use an arc pipe with large radius of curvature to solve the problem of consecutive angles or arc bending existing in a road.Comparing with conventional design idea,it greatly reduced the number of fixing supports and compensators,which not only decreased the difficulty in construction,but also reduced the number of fault points,achieving a good effect in the application.
