低氧对间充质干细胞的影响及其调控机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 间充质干细胞(MSC)是一种具有自我更新分化能力与广泛组织分布的成体干细胞,可从自身的脂肪、骨髓、外周血中获取,并可向脂肪、骨、软骨以及血管内皮方向分化,且相对于胚胎干细胞引起较轻的自身免疫反应,因而,MSC移植成为许多退行性疾病和自身免疫性疾病很有前景的治疗方法。MSC受自身和外在多种因素的调控,其中电生理的条件,包括氧分压对MSC的功能有重要作用。
