This paper analyzes the feasibility of mobile learning terminals used in foreign language teaching, explore the design principles of mobile learning mode and language learning resources based on the mobile learning terminal proposed a new model of foreign language teaching based on the mobile learning terminal and initial attempt in teaching practice, achieved certain results.
