摘要
以上海外国语大学"影像上外"多媒体平台为案例,分析讨论多媒体技术如何融合信息化移动互联网技术、云计算技术,以新的模式提供全媒体教学服务的功能应用。提出把传统资源库改造升级为全校数据中心多媒体子中心的建设构想,并探讨方案的调研,设计,架构实施、技术特点与难点,同时阐述"影像上外"多媒体平台的发展规划。
This paper describes the programs that merge multi-media technology with intemet technology, mobile technology and cloud computing. In new model, traditional resource is upgraded to data center for multimedia. This paper also introduces construction and implementation, technical characteristics and difficulties during building NewMedia SHISU. How to practice new media and the development plan are discussed.
