摘要
以1年生胶东卫矛为试材,采用不同浓度的NaCl和Na2SO4处理,对胶东卫矛幼苗植株的苗高和地径生长进行了研究,结果表明:(1)在不同浓度Nacl胁迫下胶东卫矛的苗高、地径生长呈下降趋势;在同等盐浓度胁迫下,处理间的苗高依次为:T4>T5>T1>T2>T6>T3;地径依次为:T6>T3>T5>T2>T4>T1。(2)在不同浓度Na2SO4胁迫下的胶东卫矛苗高、地径生长下降趋势没有NaCl明显。(3)当胶东卫矛幼苗在一定高盐浓度下生长时,无论是苗高还是地径,生长状况表现都比在低盐浓度下差。
Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the seedling height and collar diameter growth of l-year old Euon- ymus Kiautschovicus treated with different contrition of NaC1 and Na2SO4. Results revealed that the seedling height and collar diameter growth decreased with increase in NaC1 doses. Under the same dose treatment, the seedling heights among different groups were T4〉T5;〉T1〉T2〉T6〉T3, while collar diameter growth were T6)〉T3〉T5〉T2〉T4〉T1. Compared to NaCI, the stress of different doses of Na2SO4 on seedling height and collar diameter growth was lower. Furthermore, under high salt situation, both seedling height and collar diameter growth of Euonvmus Kiautschovicus presented low growth status.
