摘要
采用17-4PH马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢代替42CrMo钢制造螺杆钻具电动机转子,以提高其抗腐蚀能。热处理工艺试验结果表明,能使17-4PH钢转子获得符合AISI 630标准要求的力学性能的热处理工艺为:860℃预热1.5 h,1040℃×4 h油冷固溶处理,然后620℃×5 h时效。
17-4PH martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel instead of 42CrMo steel was used to make motor rotor of screw drill rig to increase its corrosion resistance. The heat treatment process investigation reveals that the heat treatment process to allow 17-4PH steel rotor to bring about the mechanical properties conforming with the requirements of AISI 630 is preheating at 860 ℃ for 1.5 h, solution treating at 1040 ℃ for 4 h followed by oil cooling, and aging at 620 ℃ for 5 h
