厚板用热处理设备从德国引进,由燃气辐射管加热炉,供气、废气系统,淬火机床和冷却水系统等部分组成,加热炉分20区控温,采用氮气作保护气氛。该设备可用于厚钢板的正火、淬火和回火等作业。
A heat treatment equipment for heavy plate, imported from＇ Germany, consists of gas-fired radiant-tube type furnace, gas supply and waste exhaust systems, quenching machine and cooling water system. The gas-fired radiant-tube type furnace was divided into 20 zones where the temperatures are controlled respectively, and provided with gaseous nitrogen as a protective atmosphere. This equipment may be used in normalizing, quenching and tempering of heavy plate.
