高等学校理科基地建设和拔尖学生培养相结合的模式初探 被引量:8

摘要 为了应对日益加剧的国际竞争,提高我国的科技竞争力,必须持续加强和提高基础科学研究的能力和水平。为此,我国建立了多个"国家理科基础科学研究和教学人才培养基地"及"基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划",以保护和加强基础科学人才培养。本文对"基地"和"拔尖计划"进行了简要的比较和分析,希望在实践中将两种人才培养机制有机地结合起来,以期对我国基础科学领域的人才培养有一定的启发和帮助。 In order to respond the increasing fierce international competition tition ability of science and technology, the ability of basic research , to enhance China'compe- needs to be continually strengthened. Therefore, a number of " Talents Training Base for National Science Basic Research and Teach- ing" and " Test Plan for Top - notch Students of Basic Subject" have been established in China to protect and enhance the cultivation of talents in basic subject. The paper briefly compares and analyzes " Base" and " Top -notch Plan", expects to combine the two kinds of talents training mechanism, and looks forward to be- ing a source of inspiration for training the talents in China basic sciences.
