Cultivation and Practice of Undergraduate's Innovation Ability

教育部启动的"国家大学生创新性实验计划"是解决我国大学生创新和实践能力低下的有效措施。本文回顾了我校大学生创新性实验计划项目的实施情况,总结了多年来指导本科生参与该计划项目活动的经验,提出了从项目选题到执行再到完成的全过程中四个方面的重要问题,指出了指导教师在培养大学生创新精神、提高大学生实践能力中的重要作用。

The program of national undergraduate students＇ innovation experiment initiated by Chinese ed- ucation ministry provides an effective solution to the problem of student＇s lacking innovation and practice ability. The implementation of the undergraduate students＇ innovation experiment program in our univer- sity is reviewed in the paper. The experience, which is gained from years of coaching the students in par- ticipating the activities of the program, is summarized. Four important aspects are brought forward in- volving the whole course of a program from the topic selection to the execution and to the fulfillment. The authors point out that the role of the instructor is crucial to the cultivation of the undergraduate students＇ innovation spirit and to the improvement of their practice ability.
