摘要
新疆已经成为国家级石油天然气化工和能源基地。本试验对培养学生实际操作、工程设计、科学研究、独立分析问题和解决问题的能力,对促进新疆的经济发展非常重要。我们在教育部"化学工程与工艺(石油化工)"第二类特色专业建设中,增加了设计性、自主性的综合实验:ZSM-5分子筛催化剂的合成、交换、成型和评价,通过实验前精心的准备,实验中对学生实验发散性的训练及实验后积极地交流和思考,旨在开拓学生的思路,培养学生实验设计能力、观察能力、分析问题能力、表达能力,提高学生的工程实践和创新能力。
Xinjiang is now an important base of oil and natural gas chemical industry and energy in our country. Being a university,the duty is to train students with general ability in practical operation, pro- ject design, scientific research and independent analysis of issues and the problem-solving ability. In the construction of the second kind Characteristic Specialty, the chemical engineering and technology (Petro- leum and Chemical Engineering), applied from Ministry of Education by Chemistry and Chemical Engi- neering school of Xinjiang University, the designing and independent comprehensive experiments have been added in, such as, the synthesizing, exchanging and evaluation of catalyst, ZSM-5 zeolite in many reactions of petroleum chemical engineering. After careful preparation before experiment, students have learned the knowledge systematically and comprehensively. With practical experiment the student's abili- ty in innovation is greatly raised.
