摘要
本文在气液平衡计算教学实践与体会的基础上,提出了闪蒸过程讲授之后可以扩展的内容—含有化学反应的闪蒸计算。我们通过过程的物料衡算推导了含有化学反应的闪蒸方程,讨论了操作过程的几种特殊情况,并对物料状态的判别做了阐述。这可供学有余力的同学拓宽知识视野之用。
A part of extended contents is proposed after flash calculation is discussed based on teaching experience on the courses of "Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics" and "Chemical Process Calcula- tion". The Flash equations are derived based on material balance of the process with a chemical reaction. Several peculiar situations are discussed. And finally, a method developed from the flash equation is pres- ented, by which one can identify the chemical state of the mixture. The extended consideration will bene- fit the students a lot who are capable for learnin~ extra knowledge.
