新型聚醚砜/磺化聚醚砜共混超滤膜的制备及性能 被引量:5

Preparation and characterization of novel PES/SPES blend ultrafiltration membranes

摘要 基于自制的磺化聚醚砜材料,采用相转化法制备了新型的聚醚砜/磺化聚醚砜(PES/SPES)共混超滤膜,考察了铸膜液中SPES/PES共混比、SPES溶液的磺化度对共混膜的结构及性能的影响.结果表明:PES与SPES相容性良好;在相分离过程中,PES/SPES铸膜液SPES磺酸基团发生迁移在膜表面聚集,共混膜断面为致密皮层和多孔的支撑层构成的非对称结构,且磺化度增加有利于共混膜支撑层由指状孔向海绵状孔转化;当SPES溶液的磺化度为11.5%、SPES/PES共混比为0.36时,制得的共混膜水通量为211.9 L(/m2.h),对PEG6000、PEG10000和PEG20000的截留率分别为58.3%、88.5%和96.6%;共混膜对硫酸钠的截留率随着硫酸钠浓度的增加而降低;接触角和吸水率的研究结果表明改性后的共混膜亲水性明显提高. Novel polyethersulfone/sulfonated polyethersulfone(PES/SPES) blend ultrafiltration membranes were prepared via phase inversion,and the effect of SPES/PES ratio and the degree of sulfonation(DS) of SPES solution on morphology and properties of membranes were investigated.The results showed an excellent compatibility between PES and SPES.The sulfonic acid groups of SPES accumulated onto the membrane surface during phase separation process.All membranes presented asymmetric structure consisting of a dense skin layer and a porous sub-layer.With increasing DS of SPES solution,the finger-like structure of membrane tended to change into sponge-like structure.With 11.5% DS of SPES and 0.36 of SPES/PES ratio,the pure water flux of blend membrane was 211.9 L/(m2.h),and the rejection rate for PEG20000,PEG10000 and PEG6000 were 96.6%,88.5% and 58.3%,respectively.The rejection rate of Na2SO4 for blend membranes decreased with increasing of salts concentration.The hydrophilicity of blend membrane was improved obviously through hydrophilic modification.
