摘要
余嘉锡(1884—1955)是著名文献学家,所著《四库提要辨证》一书,订正《四库全书总目提要》的舛错讹失,是研究古籍和学术史不可或缺的经典著作。余嘉锡还对学者撰述之时引用古书进行了较为深入的研究,如关于引用古书记卷数起于何时、引用古书不规范导致的错误、引用古书所应遵守的学术规范和如何根据古书引文进行考辨等,都具有卓见特识。
Yu Jiaxi, an authority on ancient Chinese texts, published his SIKUTIYAO BIANZHENG to correct the errors and fill in the omissions of SIKUQUANSHU ZONGMUTIYAO. In addition Yu Jiaxi also studied the academic specifications for ancient books citation. Yu Jiaxi＇ s research involved the subjects such as the origin of reference to the number of volumes of the ancient books, the errors caused by non-standard reference to ancient books, the academic norms to be observed for reference to the ancient books, etc.
