摘要
目的:观察常规NCV检测和正中神经腕部节段检测以及环指正中-尺神经手掌-腕混合神经潜伏时比较法,观察两种检查方法对神经的敏感性。方法:对48例患者进行正中神经和尺神经NCV检测,同时每例患者还进行正中神经腕部节段检测以及环指正中-尺神经手掌-腕混合神经潜伏时比较法检测。结果:在常规NCV检查中,SCV的异常率明显高于MCV,而MCV检查中末端潜伏期的异常率又高于其它指标,右手重于左手。但与腕部节段检测和环指正中-尺神经潜伏期差两项指标相比,后者的异常率明显高于常规NCV检查。结论:正中神经节段检测和环指正中-尺神经潜伏期差检测,对早期腕管综合征敏感度高,且方便、经济、无痛,能及早诊断、及早治疗,应被广泛应用。
Objective:To observe the nerve conduction velocity,comparison of latency of median nerve segment detection of wrist and ring is correct wrist ulnar nerve palm mixed nerve and sensitivity of two methods for the nerve. Methods: In 48 patients,NCV of median and ulnar nerve was tested. Each patient at the same time also was carried on the median nerve segment detection and ring in correct ulnar nerve in the wrist palm mixed nerve latent comparative tests. Results:In routine NCV examination,the abnormal rate of SCV was obviously higher than that of the MCV. In MCV examination,the abnormal rate of latency at the end was higher than that of other index,and right was over left. But in wrist segment detection and difference of latency of medianulnal nerve,abnormal rate of which was obviously higher than that of routine NCV examination.Conclusions:The detection of difference of latency on madian nerve segments detection and ring in the correct-ulnar nerve was of high sensitivity to early carpal tunnel syndrome,and convenient,economic,painless and can early diagnose and treat. It should be widely used.
