慢性脑血管功能不全患者脑血流储备功能与认知功能相关性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨慢性脑血管功能不全(CCVI)患者脑血流储备功能变化特点及其与认知障碍的相关性。方法采用TCD屏气试验(BHI)及蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)对CCVI-I型组、CCVI-II型组、CCVI-III型组及正常对照组进行检测。结果 CCVI各型BHI值均较正常对照组低。但仅CCVI-II型组及CCVI-III型组与正常对照组差异有统计学意义(均<0.05)。CCVI各型患者MoCA评分均较治疗前低,但仅CCVI-III型组与正常对照组差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。CCVI患者BHI值与MoCA评分结果存在显著正相关(=0.517,<0.05)。结论 CCVI患者存在脑血流储备降低及认知功能减退,且其脑血管储备功能降低与认知功能障碍具有一定相关性。
