零X线曝光下导管射频消融阵发性室上性心动过速的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨阵发性室上性心动过速(室上速)在三维电解剖标测系统EnSite NavX指导下X射线零曝光导管射频消融的效果。方法回顾性分析10例室上速患者在三维电解剖标测系统EnSiteNavX指导下X射线零曝光导管射频消融的临床资料。结果 3例右侧旁道,4例左侧旁道及3例房室结折返性心动过速消融成功,平均手术时间、标测时间及放电时间分别(75.9±15.6)min、(37.2±7.6)min及(6.4±1.2)min,CS放置时间(22.2±5.2)min,X射线透视时间0 s。随访(8.2±2.5)个月,无一例复发,术中及术后无并发症发生。结论 EnSite NavX三维电解剖标测系统指导X射线零曝光导管射频消融阵发性室上速安全、有效。
