摘要
近几年闪电定位系统作为一种新的雷电监测手段,被广泛应用,闪电定位系统可以昼夜不间断连续进行雷电监测,对空中雷电的生成、演变进行实时的跟踪定位,为判断对流云团位置,准确、及时指挥人工影响天气作业和灾害性天气预报预警、避雷防护等应用提供指导依据。由于从设备启用和资料分析处理都处于起步阶段,在全国范围还未建立大规模数据格式统一的雷电监测系统,使资料的共享和应用受到很大制约。
As a new means of lightning detection, lightning location system has been widely used in recent years. Lightning location system can detect lightning round the clock. It can provide real-time tracking and location of the generation and evolution of the air lighting. At the same time, it can provide guiding basis for many application such as the judgment on the location of convective cloud cluster,accurate operation for weather modification on time, and the warning of severe weather and lightning protection etc. Because equipment operation and material analysis are at the initial stage, the large-scale data format unified lightning monitoring system in the national scope is not set up. As a result, data sharing and application are greatly restricted.
