摘要
研究基于交互式资源平台的课外CBL教学对提高临床医学见习教学的效果。根据目前临床医学见习教学时间相对固定,但病人病种不固定的现实,继而缺乏足够的CBL教学条件,在交互式资源平台上建立教学资源库,提供完整案例教学病例素材,在课后开展CBL教学,课程考试证实采用此教学模式可有效提高学生成绩和学习能力,为临床实习打下夯实基础。因此,该教学模式能够提高临床医学见习教学效果。
This paper observes the effect of extracurricular CBL clinical probation teaching. Because clinical clerkship teaching time is relatively fixed, while not fixed the disease, CBL teaching conditions is insufficient. The authors have established a new mode of teach- ing an extracurricular CBL ( establishing a teaching resource library by interactive resource platform, and providing a complete case teaching materials). The course examination has confirmed that this teaching model can effectively improve students' achievement and learning ability, and lay a solid foundation for the clinical internship. Therefore, the teaching model can improve teaching effectiveness of clinical probation.
