摘要
目的:通过与传统教学模式比较,探讨Sandwich和PBL相结合教学模式对病理学教学效果的影响。方法:选择95期临床医学专业七年制和五年制1-4班的学生为实验组;以相同教师授课的95期临床医学专业七年制5-8班和五年制13-16班学生为对照组,采用传统教学模式,两组进行比较。结果:病理学Sandwich和PBL相结合教学模式可提高教学效果,提高学生处理实际问题的能力。结论:病理学Sandwich和PBL相结合教学模式,满足个性化教学需要,通过灵活调整实现多样化教学。
Pathological curriculum integration provides many useful modes and methods to traditional medical education. Based on the traditional teaching of pathology, to compare their similarities and differences with the integrated curriculum, this paper puts forward some teaching reforms of how to use the useful experiences of integrated curriculum to the traditional pathology from the teaching con- tents, teaching methods, supported teaching, supported teaching materials, extra-curricular activities and examinations.
