摘要
目的:探索CBL在肿瘤内科临床轮转医师教学中的应用及效果。方法:肿瘤科162名内科轮转医师被随机分配至LBL组与CBL组。轮转结束后进行问卷调查及肿瘤相关知识的考核。结果:CBL对六项调查指标的正面影响均优于LBL。两组医师轮转结束后考试成绩有显著性差异。结论:对临床肿瘤内科轮转医师带教中应强调CBL的应用。
Objective: To explore the application and effect of CBL in the teaching of medical oneology clinical rotating physician. Methods: 162 internal rotating physicians were collected and randomly assigned to LBL group and CBL Group. Questionnaire survey was conducted and tumor-related knowledge was examined after rotation. Results: Energetic impacts on CBL group for each survey in- dicators were better than those of LBL group. There was significant difference of examination result between the two groups: Conclu- sion: The application of CBL should be emphasized in oncology physician rotating process.
