To enhance capabilities of medical and logistic services in response of various security issues and com- plete diversified military missions, this paper brings forward that professional study should he continually enhanced, and capabilities of medical and logistic supply should be continuously improved in non-war military activities by analyzing and systematically summarizing characteristics of non-war military action.
