Nursing Care of Carotid Stenosis by Endovascular Therapy

目的探讨颈动脉狭窄血管腔内治疗的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2008年1月—2012年3月收治的42例颈动脉狭窄,实施腔内治疗及正确的术前评估、充分的术前准备与严密的术后观察、详细的出院指导。结果42例疗效满意,均顺利出院,无严重并发症。结论对于实施腔内治疗的颈动脉狭窄患者,正确的术前评估、充分的术前准备与严密的术后观察、详细的出院指导是减少并发症提高治愈率的重要保证。

Objective To explore the nursing care methods of the carotid stenosis by endovascular treatment. Methods Clinical data of 42 patients with carotid stenosis by intracavitary therapy during January 2008 and March 2012 was retrospectively analyzed, which included correct preoperative evaluation, sufficient preoperative preparation, close postoperative observation and detailed discharge guidance. Results The 42 patients all got satisfactory curative effect, and were discharge without serious complications. Conclusion The correct preoperative evaluation, sufficient preopera- tive preparation, close postoperative observation and detailed discharge guidance should be performed to improve recovery rate of patients with carotid stenosis by intracavitary therapy.
