摘要
基于船舶制造业的生产特征,对传统供应链管理采购费用模型进行了分析,进而提出最有利的JIT供应链管理采购方式是在不损害相互利益的前提下通过双方合作来降低总成本的。
With reference to the production characteristics of shipbuilding industry,the paper analyzed the traditional procurement cost model of supply chain management in order to verify that the most favorable procurement model of JIT supply chain management is to establish cooperation on the premise of reducing the total cost of the both sides without any prejudice to the both interests.
