摘要
本试验以新荣Ⅰ系３５日龄断奶仔猪为试验动物，探讨复方抗应激制剂对民奶应激的影响及其机理。结果，血清总蛋白含量增加（Ｐ〈０．０５），血清尿素氮、血清皮质醇、血清葡萄糖下降（Ｐ〈０．０５），血清无机Ｐ、Ｃｌ＾－、Ｎａ＾＋、Ｋ＾＋含量升高（Ｐ〈０．０５）表明该制剂可能过这些途径或方面对仔猪断奶应激产生防治作用。
In the paper,we used 35d old weaning piglets of the New RongChang Ⅰ as experimental animals, to study the effect and mechanism of compound resisting stress drugs on weaning piglet. The result was thatserum total protein had rises markedly (P<0.05),BUN,Coltisol and Glucose value had lowered (P<0.01), P、Na+、 CI-andK+Value had rised in serum (P<0.05).It is concluded that the compound resisting stress drugs effect bled blochemical Parameters, and keep acid base balance, and so the compound resisting stress drugs can control stress.
