我国廉政文化视觉传播中的问题与对策

On the Problems and Countermeasures of the Visual Communication of Clean and Honest Administration Culture against Corruption in China

廉政文化视觉传播作为现当代的一种文化现象,既具有历史的传承性,又具有净化社会的现实意义。我国儒家思想的政治道德观念以及社会规范与准则的建立到当下倡导的"廉洁文化",以及视觉传播的多元化和网络廉政文化的普世性,折射出我国不同时期在廉政文化视觉传播的发展与建设,并对人们建立廉洁从政的信仰和价值观念、形成廉政的行为规范等生活方式都产生了不容忽视的影响。但由于廉政文化传播中的主体缺失、形式与途径的单一以及不健全的传播机制,导致了廉政文化视觉传播未能充分发挥其效力,据此提出了创立廉政视觉符号体系、搭建传播平台等廉政文化视觉传播的相应对策。

Being a cultural phenomenon in modern era, the visual communication of culture against cor- ruption has a profound historical heritage and a practical significance to purify the current society. The politi- cal and moral values of Confucianism in China, the establishment of social norms and guidelines after 1949, the current advocate of building a ＂culture against corruption＂, together with visual communication diversities and universality of network culture against corruption, all these reflect the visual communication develop- ment and construction of culture against corruption in different historical periods of China, and have contribu- ted to the establishment of beliefs, values, and code of conduct over the building of a clean and honest admin- istration. However, the lack of the subject, the simplified spreading approaches and methods, and defective communicating mechanisms have brought about communicating ineffectiveness. This paper thereby proposes the countermeasures of creating the visual symbol system for the construction of a culture against corruption, and building a platform for its visual communication.
