补阳还五汤联合腰交感神经节切除术对坐骨神经损伤模型大鼠坐骨神经功能指数的影响

Study of combination of Buyanghuanwu decoction and lumbar sympathectomy on sciatic nerve function index in rats with sciatic nerve injury

目的探讨补阳还五汤联合腰交感神经节切除术(LSGT)对坐骨神经损伤模型大鼠坐骨神经功能指数(SFI)的影响。方法将60只SD大鼠通过钳夹制备坐骨神经损伤模型,并随机分为2组。对照组30只,行左侧第2～5腰椎LSGT;实验组30只,在对照组组基础上加用补阳还五汤口服及药浴治疗。分别观察2组治疗2、4、6周后模型大鼠的SFI。结果 2组大鼠治疗2、4、6周后SFI同期比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组改善明显。结论补阳还五汤联合LSGT可以明显改善模型大鼠的SFI,改善微循环,促进受损坐骨神经的修复及再生。

Objective To explore the effect of combination of Buyanghuanwu decoction and lumbar sympathectomy on sciatic nerve function index in rats with sciatic nerve injury.Methods 60 SD rats model with sciatic nerve injury were prepared by forceps clip.Model rats in control group were given received lumbar sympathectomy of the left lumbar sympathetic ganglia 2-5.30 rats in treatment group were given combination of Buyanghuanwu decoction and lumbar sympathectomy.SFI of model rats were observed after 2,4,6 weeks of treatment in two groups.Results There was significant difference between two groups on SFI after 2,4,6 weeks of treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion s Combination of Buyanghuanwu decoction and lumbar sympathectomy can obviously improve SFI of model rats,blood circulation,and microcirculation and promote the repair and regeneration of the sciatic nerve damage.
