摘要
为筛选25%氟吡菌胺·吡唑醚菌酯(fluopicolide·pyraclostrobin)水分散粒剂的配方并明确其田间防治马铃薯晚疫病的效果,本文在选定氟吡菌胺与吡唑醚菌酯的最佳混配比例的基础上,通过"干法"加工工艺筛选出25%氟吡菌胺·吡唑醚菌酯水分散粒剂的优化配方,并制备了达到应用标准的试验样品,开展了该样品田间防治马铃薯晚疫病的药效试验。结果表明,以Terwet1004、Tersperse 2700、Morwet D425、尿素、超细煅烧高岭土等为配方助剂,加工出的25%氟吡菌胺·吡唑醚菌酯水分散粒剂样品崩解迅速,悬浮率高于90%,热贮稳定性合格;在喷施剂量(按有效成分)为480、360、288g/hm2时,对马铃薯晚疫病的田间防效分别为93.96%、92.31%、89.04%。25%氟吡菌胺·吡唑醚菌酯水分散粒剂可有效防治马铃薯晚疫病,具有较好的应用价值。
In order to develop the formulation of 25% fluopicolide · pyraclostrobin WG and evaluate its control efficacy against the potato late blight in the field, dry compaction was used to determine the formulas of 25% flu- opicolide · pyraclostrobin WG on the basis of screening of the optimal ratio of the fungicide mixtures in this study. The experimental samples were processed and reached the applied standard, and the field trial on the control effi- cacy of the experimental samples against potato late blight was conducted in the field. The results showed that the samples of 25% fluopicolide ~ pyraclostrobin WG containing Terwetl004, Tersperse 2700, Morwet D425, car- bamide, ultra-fine calcined kaolin had good characteristic of disintegration, suspensibility (over 90%), and heat storage stability. The control efficacies of the samples at the dose of 480, 360, 288 g a. i./hm2 against potato late blight in the field were 93.96%, 92.31%, 89.04%, respectively. The formula could effectively control potato late blight in the field and had practical application.
