二点委夜蛾两种新型性诱芯田间诱蛾性能比较 被引量:5

摘要 二点委夜蛾是玉米的新害虫,2011年在黄淮海夏玉米区暴发,已经成为该区夏玉米苗期的重要害虫。2012年在山西省洪洞县对二点委夜蛾A、B两种性诱芯的诱蛾性能进行了田间测试。结果表明,在6月21日至8月17日,B诱芯的平均诱蛾量是A诱芯的2.49倍,显著提高了诱蛾数量。B诱芯的单盆单日最大诱蛾量达到280头,而A诱芯最高仅为85头。两种诱芯的田间有效期均达58d,对二点委夜蛾的诱蛾量季节动态基本一致,且B诱芯的蛾量高峰较A诱芯早、峰值更明显。可见B诱芯的诱蛾性能比A诱芯具有明显优势,可应用于二点委夜蛾成虫的动态监测和诱杀防治中。 Athetis lepigone(M6schler) has become one of the most serious corn pests in summer corn seedling stage in North China. Trapping efficacy of two kinds of the sex pheromone lure was evaluated and compared in field in Linfen, Shanxi Province from June 21 to August 17 in 2012. The pheromone lures were from Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Two treatments and three replicates were designed. In each of 11 time groups, the mean number of A. lepigone moth captured at 3 water trays baited with the rubber lures A and B were 139.6 and 347.0, respectively, significantly different(P〈0.05). The maximum number of A. lepigone moth captured at one tray in one day baited with the rubber lures A and B were 85 and 280, respectively. Both the field longevities of the two lures were 58 days. Generally, the patterns of seasonal population dynamics related to the lures A and B were the same with the peak occurred in July 25 and 19, respectively. Obviously, lure B is of higher quality andcould be recommended to apply in monitoring, luring and killing the pest.
