基于灰色关联加权法的水利工程评标研究

The Applied Research of the Grey Relational Analysis Method Based on Weighted Average in Bid Evaluation of Hydraulic Engineering

根据水利工程评标中普遍使用的指标体系,运用德尔菲法确定各评价指标的权重,采用灰色关联加权法进行了水利工程评标计算.通过一个工程实例,分析了简单平均法和加权平均法对评标结果的影响.将灰色关联分析与加权法相结合,可以进一步提高评标结果的科学性.

According to the index system commonly used in bid evaluation of hydraulic engineering, the weight of each evaluation index was determined by Delphi method, the weighted grey relational analysis method was used in bid evaluation calculation for hydraulic engineering. Through a project example, the influence of evaluation results was analysed on the simple average method and the weighted average method. It can further improve the scientificity of evaluation results combining grey relational analysis method with weighted average method.
