基于主成分分析法的重庆市万州区建设用地集约利用评价

Intensive Utilization Evaluation on Construction Land in Wanzhou District of Chongqing City Based on Principal Component Analysis

采用主成分分析法对重庆市万州区2000～2009年建设用地集约利用情况进行评价.研究结果表明,2000年和2009年万州区建设用地集约利用综合得分分别为40.47和68.23,建设用地集约利用水平可以划分为波动增长期、小幅衰退期和迅猛上升期3个时期,集约利用水平呈上升趋势.

By using principal component analysis, this paper conducts a preliminary evaluation on construction land intensive utilization in Wanzhou District of Chongqing from 2000 to 2009. The results show that the synthetical score of construction land intensive utilization in Wanzhou District in 2000 and 2009 is 40.47 and 68.23,respectively; the construction land intensive utilization level can be divided into three periods,which are the fluctuant growing period,the slight recession stage and the rapid rise period, and the construction land intensive utilization level presents a rising trend.
