摘要
采用化学物相和矿物参数自动分析系统(MLA)等方法详细研究了湘南某钨锡钼铋多金属矿选矿厂产品中锡的赋存状态。结果表明,目前开采的矿石中锡主要以锡石矿物状态存在,以往认为的类质同象锡实际上是嵌布在硅酸盐等矿物中的超微细粒锡石。这种超微细的锡石需要超细磨选矿工艺或选冶综合回收方法回收。
The occurrence state of tin minerals in products from the concentrator of a W-Sn-Mo-Bi polymetallic ore in South Hunan was studied by using chemical phase analysis method and mineral liberation analyzer(MLA). The results show thai isomorph grinding ,t tin occurs predominantly as cassiterite in the currently mined ores, while the tin mineral ever considered as ous tin is actually ultrafine cassiterite disseminated in silicates, which must be recovered by adopting ultrafine operation or combined technologies of beneficiation and metallurgy.
