摘要
对河北钢铁集团矿业公司所属的赤铁矿选矿厂的尾矿性质、尾矿组成及影响尾矿品位的因素进行了分析,提出了降低尾矿品位的措施。合理控制强磁选机的磁场强度和强磁前浓缩溢流浓度,对浮选尾矿进行再选回收,均能有效降低尾矿品位。
Characteristics and composition of the railings from hematite beneficiation processes in Mining Company oi Hebei Iron & Steel Group was investigated, and factors affecting the iron grade of tailings were analyzed, thereafter, measures to reduce the iron content in tailings were proposed. The study shows that, the iron grade of railings can be effectively reduced by rational control of magnetic field strength of high-intensity magnetic separators and the overflow concentration of thickening operation before high-intensity magnetic separation, or by a recleaning of flotation tailings.
