摘要
以复杂拱坝为例,通过在HyperMesh中建立几何模型,利用HyperMesh强大的前处理功能系统地研究了模型的形成、几何清理和分区分段3D网格划分等关键问题。特别在划分复杂拱坝边界网格时,利用了多种网格划分技术完成了较高质量的3D网格划分,为复杂拱坝材料分区分段划分高质量网格提供了一种新的思路。结果表明,HyperMesh软件在水工结构模型的修复优化和3D网格划分方面具有效率高和兼容性好的优势。
Taking complex shape arch dam geometry as an example, a model was established with HyperMesh technology. By means of the strong HyperMesh's pre-processing functions, a systematic study was done on the formation of model, geometry clean-up and sub-mesh partitioning. Especially, in meshing the complicated boundary of arch dam, a variety of meshing techniques were employed in com- pleting the high-quality grids, which provides a new idea for meshing different material partitions and dam sections. The results show that HyperMesh software is highly efficient for repairing and optimizing the 3D model, and it can be better compatible with Abaqus.
