新型国产颈椎间盘实验山羊模型的建立及初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察新型国产人工颈椎间盘系统植入山羊体内的效果,为其进一步改进和临床应用提供基础。方法12只实验山羊随机分为2组,手术组摘除颈3/4间盘,行国产人工颈椎间盘植入术,对照组不手术。分不同时间点行颈椎正侧位X线检查,测量椎间隙高度、椎间角、前凸角,并进行统计学分析。结果动物实验中所有山羊均成活,无切口感染及瘫痪,统计学比较显示,不同时间点的椎间隙高度、椎间角、前凸角无显著性差异。结论新型国产人工颈椎间盘系统操作简便,手术中出血量少,手术时间短,术后动物并发症少,恢复活动早,术后较好的保持了椎间隙高度和生理曲度。 Objective To observe the effect of new home-made cervical artificial disc system implantation goats, so as to provide a basis for further improvement and clinical applications. Methods 12 experimental goats were randomly divided into 2 groups: CDR group and cona'ol group. Neck 3/4 plate were removed in CDR group, replaced by home-made cervical disc pmsthesis. The disc space height (DSH), intervertebralangle (IVA) andlordosis angle (LA) atthis segmentwere observedbyXmypreopemtively, and postoperatively, and analyzed statistically. Results All experiment goats survived after operation, without incision infection and paralysis, statistical comparison showed no significant difference between the 2 groups ofDSH, IVA and LA. Conclusion New home-made artificial cervical disc system is easy to operate, has less blood loss, shorter operative time, less complications and early recovery of movement, and maintaining postoperative disc space height and cervical lordosis.
