摘要
低碳经济作为一种新型的经济形态,要求企业的经营行为向低碳化转型,走低能耗、低排放、低污染、高效率的发展道路。企业低碳化经营对人力资源的思想和行为、素质和能力以及人力资源结构提出了新的要求。而当前我国企业人力资源管理的现状与水平无法适应企业低碳发展对人力资源的新要求,因此,必须赋予企业人力资源管理职能新的内容与使命,在人力资源管理各环节采取有效的应对策略,主要包括:塑造人力资源低碳理念,培养、选用适合企业低碳发展要求的员工,提高人力资源的低碳技能、素质和责任感,激励员工低碳行为,管理自身也应低碳化。
As a new economic form, the low-carbon economy requires the management behavior of enterprises to transform to low energy consumption, low emissions, low pollution and high efficiency. The low-carbon management of enterprises puts forward new requirements to the thought, the behavior,the quality ,the ability,as well as the structure of human resources. However,the current situation and merit of human resource manage- ment in China's enterprises are still incapable of adapting to the new requirements of low-carbon development on human resources. Therefore,it is necessary to add new content and mission on the functions of the human resource management in enterprises and take effective countermeasures in each link of human resource management, including: shaping low-carbon concept of human resource, cultivating and selecting employees satisfying the low-carbon development requirements ,improving employees' low-carbon skills ,qualities and sense of responsibility ,motivating employees' low-carbon behaviors,as well as realizing the low-carbon operating of human resource management.
