摘要
情商在实际生活中有着重要作用,关于情商的研究是当前心理学研究的一个热点。以往的研究侧重于理论的探讨和情商状况的调查,缺乏探讨情商培养方式的实证研究,本研究拟探讨通过情商课程培养提高大学生情绪智力,以自编的《贵州省大学生情商课程实验研究试用教材》为实验工具进行情商课程培训的实验研究,160人参加情商课程培养实验,结果表明参加实验的大学生的情绪智力有显著提高,课堂教学是提高大学生情绪智力的有效方式。
Emotional quotient(EQ) is very important in life, the research about EQ is the hot issue in the fiele of psychology. Previous studies Focused on the investigation of the status of EQ and the theory of EQ. Lack of empirical studies explore the emotional intelligence training. This study intend to through emotional intelligence curriculum training to improve the Emotional Intelligence. This Experimental study use" EQ courses trial materials of Experimental study of college students in Guizhou Province" as experimental tools , 160 peoples attended the emotional intelligence curriculum experiments. The results show that the emotional intelligence of students participating in the experiment significantly improve, Classroom teaching is an effective way to improve Emotional intelligence.
