Thinking and Suggestions on Management of Resident Engineer Work in Hydropower Project

结合笔者在班多水电站工程建设期间的实际设代经历,系统地论述了设计代表在工程建设中的作用以及设计代表的工作职责和权限,提出了设计人员如何更好地完成现场设计代表服务的一些建议,希望对今后设计代表工作的管理提供一些理论与实践支持。

In combination with the writer＇s resident practice during the construction of Banduo Hydropower Station, functions, work responsibilities and purview of the resident engineer during the engineering construction are demonstrated systematically, raising some suggestions on how the resident engineer provides and fulfills resident services better and hope these suggestions could provide the management of the resident engineer work with support in terms of theory and practice.
