Sand-mining Planning of the Qinglongwan Jian River

河道砂石是构成河床的基本物质,是缓冲河道水流、涵养水源、保护堤防与河岸的重要屏障,也是非常重要的建筑材料。近年来,随着基础建设步伐的加快,以及青龙湾减河周边地区砂石资源日趋减少等因素影响,河砂资源无序开采情况日益严重,不仅造成河砂资源的严重浪费,而且严重影响河道行洪安全。本文通过制订采砂规划控制内容、研究开采分期分区、严格采砂管理等措施,不但为规范河道采砂提供技术支持,而且也达到了避免资源浪费、维护河道行洪安全的目的。

River sand is the basic material of the riverbed,and it＇s also an important barrier to buffeting water flow,water conservation and protecting fiver bank. Meanwhile , it＇s an important building material. In recent years, due that the pace of infrastructure construction is acceleratory and the sand around the Qinglongwan Jian River is decreasing, the illegal sand- mining is increasingly serious.h not only caused serious waste of sand resources, but also affected fiver flood seriously. This paper has not only provided technical support for sand-mining standardization, but also achieved the purpose of avoiding the waste of resources and maintaining fiver flood security by some measures such as developing sand-mining planning control content ,considering mining by stages and zones ,strictly managing sand-mining and so on.
