摘要
针对滦河下游防洪工程现状,结合2012年8月滦河洪水调查情况,在分析滦河下游河道特征、防洪存在的问题和面临的防洪形势基础上,提出了防治对策和建议,供河道综合治理和管理参考。
Pointed at the actuality of flood control project in downstream of Luan River, and combined with investigation of Luan River flood in August,2012. Under the analyses of characteristic of Luan River downstream river, problems and status of flood control, it indicated the prevention measure and suggestion, given references for river general management.
