职业教育如何让人民满意

On Running Vocational Education to the Satisfaction of the People

从民生的高度发展教育、评价教育,这是党的十八大报告提出的一个重要思想。职业教育是关乎人人的教育,可谓是民生和谐,职教任重。职业教育要让人民满意,宏观上顶层设计并建立的体制机制要让人民满意;中观层面适应经济发展方式转变和产业结构调整的绩效要让人民满意;微观层面最基本的是要让受教育者满意。文章结合浙江工贸职业技术学院办学的实践与经验作了探索和分析。

It is an important thought in the report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China to develop and evaluate education from the perspective of people＇s livelihood. Vocational education is about everyone, which is of livelihood harmony and of professional mission. For the satisfactory of the people, vocational education needs running from following three di- mensions： macro, medium and micro views. From the macro view, the mechanisms and systems should be based on top-level design and constructed according to the satisfactory of the people; from the medium view, the achievements adapted to the transformation of economic development mode and industrial structure adjustment should satisfy the people as well; from the micro view, it is basic to run education to the satisfaction of the educated. Combined with school-running practice and experience of Zhejiang Industry and Trade Vocational College, this article makes associated exploration and analysis.
