摘要
以白蜡树种子为原料,采用传统的溶剂提取法,用正交试验进行油提取优化试验。确定的最佳条件为:料液比1∶10(g∶mL),提取温度55℃,提取时间2.0 h,提取3次,此条件下提取率平均值为20.6%;所得油的相对密度0.912 8,折光指数1.478 6,酸价3.4 mg KOH/g,皂化值220.6 mg KOH/g,过氧化值7.6 meq/kg,碘值137 g I2/100 g。
Taking fraxinus chinensis Roxb seed as raw material, traditional solvent extraction is used for seed oil, the orthogonal test is studied to obtain the extracting technology of oil. The optimal technical conditions are as follows: material ratio 1 : 10, extraction temperature 55 ℃, extraction time 2 h, extraction 3 times, and 3 times average extracting rate is 20.6%. Analysis indicates that the relative of oil is 0.912 8, the refractive index is 1.478 6, the acid value is 3.4, the saponification value is 220.6 mg KOH/g, the peroxide value is 7.6 meq/kg, the iodine value is 137 g I2/100 g.
