教学实习应当由学校和社会共同完成,建立校企互动的教育管理运行机制,在实习单位建立实训基地,将教学实习内容渗透到专业课教学中,同时加强思想政治工作,可以收到事半功倍的效果。

Practice teaching should be completed by the vocational colleges and society, and build the interactive education management mechanism. Training bases should be established in the practice enterprise to make practice teaching content into the professional course teaching, and strengthen the ideological and political work, then twice as much can be accomplished with half the effort.
